The secret to running a great race is getting in great shape. What is your fitness testing policy? Testing is something I value very highly in a gym environment, and I'm glad to have it in an online environment as well. I don't require you to have a body fat percentage, but your body composition needs to be tested in order to provide you with some baseline data. I also don't test everything, and sometimes I'll test for a couple specific body parts that I think it will be interesting to know for future reference. My only requirement is that you test and keep all of your results confidential. I use a variety of different tests based on your preferences. There are many different ways to quantify body composition, and there are many different factors that contribute to it.

body fat percentage

There are so many tests out there based on measurements of mass to body fat percentage, so I know there will be something I think you'll be interested in. In general, your results from these tests are not going to determine the results you will receive from my program. This is because of several factors that make up your results, so it's best if you don't take them to heart too much in your training. How do I test and analyze your results? I have a small amount of the data from each test you take, and I'm happy to share what I have for you. What I do with the data is use it to create a customized training plan for your body type.
